Learn about ENGETEAM’s trajectory on international soil at the NISSAN plant<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

ENGETEAM, among the several projects it has worked on, docked with its implementation team comprised of engineers, programmers, mechanics, electro-electronics, and all the necessary infrastructure for the construction of the finishing line for the 3 and 4 cylinders engine heads, in the city of Aguascalientes, Mexico.<\/p>\n

The solution planned, developed and built by ENGETEAM, was intended for cooling, sand removal, datamatrix engraving for traceability, channel cutting and deburring; totally automated, with 4 robots responsible for handling and deburring the parts.<\/p>\n

The structure is 20 meters long, 13 meters wide and it weighs about 130 tons, which results in a production capacity of 290,000 heads per year and it will focus on supplying the Mexico and United States markets.<\/p>\n
