Learn about ENGETEAM’s trajectory on international soil at the NISSAN plant

ENGETEAM, among the several projects it has worked on, docked with its implementation team comprised of engineers, programmers, mechanics, electro-electronics, and all the necessary infrastructure for the construction of the finishing line for the 3 and 4 cylinders engine heads, in the city of Aguascalientes, Mexico.

The solution planned, developed and built by ENGETEAM, was intended for cooling, sand removal, datamatrix engraving for traceability, channel cutting and deburring; totally automated, with 4 robots responsible for handling and deburring the parts.

The structure is 20 meters long, 13 meters wide and it weighs about 130 tons, which results in a production capacity of 290,000 heads per year and it will focus on supplying the Mexico and United States markets.
